ABOUT THE COACH: Kenzie Reeves
Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach
I specialize in helping clients with fat loss, gaining stength and coaching towards performance goals. I personally have ran half marathons, compete with reining horses, and I'm currently working toward competing in the Wellness division in bodybuilding.

I coach people who expect more from themselves—and want a coach who does the same.
My approach blends structured training, sustainable nutrition, and accountability that doesn’t let you disappear when life gets busy.
